Urban living reimagined

Living in the confinement of a bustling neighbourhood doesn’t mean an absence of green spaces. The LW 1 project, a proposed high-rise residential development in Hennur by Living Walls, stands tall as a testament to Maysons’ commitment to redefining urban living. Spread over 2 acres of prime property, here every aspect of the built environment is crafted to enrich the lives of its inhabitants in the most space-economical manner.

As per the brief of the client, we embarked on an interesting challenge: to create a high-rise apartment complex optimising every square foot for saleable space while prioritising resident wellbeing and forming a connection with nature.

Stepping away from the norm, we created a vertical space that integrated multiple levels of green zones in its two towers. Instead of devoting space to amenities like gyms, play areas or clubhouses, which we found are often sparsely visited by residents, we created sensory pockets of greenery amidst the structure. The interiors are marked by high ceilings and dressed in colours that are known to stimulate both adults and children. Each aspect of LW1 is crafted to enrich the lives of its inhabitants, fitting perfectly with Maysons’ ethos of designing spaces that foster well-being, ignite creative thought, and encourage productive energy.
