With a Master’s in Architecture from McGill University and an MBA from Manchester Business School, Rohith honed his expertise at Perkins+Will, a leading international design firm.

Armed with nearly 25 years of experience in the field, Ryan brings with him a wealth of experience that enables him to see the “bigger picture”, encompassing not only aesthetics but also functionality, environmental impact, and societal needs. Ryan is motivated by the dynamic nature of real estate – his expertise encompasses property negotiation, land-use optimisation, and fostering sustainable development practices. In his work, he meticulously balances form and function, ensuring his designs integrate seamlessly with their surroundings.
Ryan worked with several renowned architecture firms in Bengaluru. He serves as a visiting faculty member at WCFA (Wodeyar Center For Architecture) and previously at USD Mysore and SIT Tumkur. Ryan is also a founding member of MASA – Design Matters (www.masaassociation.com), an active design forum with Bengaluru’s architectural community. At Maysons, he overlooks the design and documentation of the company.
Leveraging a Master’s in Urban Design from Mysore University and over 25 years of combined experience as an architect and urban designer, Keshav brings with him a strong foundation in design management, construction, site coordination, and project execution, after having honed his skills at leading architectural and real estate firms. Notably, his tenure as design coordinator for one of South India’s tallest buildings underscores his ability to deliver impactful projects.
In his role, he skillfully oversees the entire construction process on-site, ensuring the seamless execution of the team’s design intent and coordinates effectively with both the on-site crew and the in-office design team.
With almost a decade’s experience as an architect, Ashwini’s expertise lies in creating meaningful design that improves lives and fosters a positive impact on both the built environment and the people who inhabit it.
