Founder and Chief Executive
Rohith brings over two decades of experience in leading and shaping renowned architectural firms. After a global career in architecture, Rohith transitioned to real estate development, driven by a passion to create spaces that address the challenges of modern living.
His vision for Maysons stems from a desire to create meaningful impact. Witnessing the stress of urban life and the domino effect it has on society as a whole, he envisioned environments that nurture well-being and ignite creativity. Rohith’s immense know-how of sustainable, research backed design is evident and the hallmark of every Maysons project. He pursues a hands-on approach, directing a vibrant team of professionals to conceptualise and deliver projects that are intuitively designed and built to inspire an evolved, elevated lifestyle for its inhabitants.
With a Master’s in Architecture from McGill University and an MBA from Manchester Business School, Rohith honed his expertise at Perkins+Will, a leading international design firm.
Beyond architecture, Rohith’s curiosity extends to travel, history, yoga, spirituality and astronomy. These passions, combined with his diverse background, form his holistic approach to design and fuels Maysons’ mission to craft spaces that uplift and empower.
Ryan Thomas
Principal/Architecture and Design
Ryan’s vision, leadership and dedication to detail make him a valuable asset to the Maysons team.
Armed with nearly 25 years of experience in the field, Ryan brings with him a wealth of experience that enables him to see the “bigger picture”, encompassing not only aesthetics but also functionality, environmental impact, and societal needs. Ryan is motivated by the dynamic nature of real estate – his expertise encompasses property negotiation, land-use optimisation, and fostering sustainable development practices. In his work, he meticulously balances form and function, ensuring his designs integrate seamlessly with their surroundings.
Ryan worked with several renowned architecture firms in Bengaluru. He serves as a visiting faculty member at WCFA (Wodeyar Center For Architecture) and previously at USD Mysore and SIT Tumkur. Ryan is also a founding member of MASA – Design Matters (www.masaassociation.com), an active design forum with Bengaluru’s architectural community. At Maysons, he overlooks the design and documentation of the company.

Keshav Murthy
Principal/Project Management
Leveraging a Master’s in Urban Design from Mysore University and over 25 years of combined experience as an architect and urban designer, Keshav brings with him a strong foundation in design management, construction, site coordination, and project execution, after having honed his skills at leading architectural and real estate firms. Notably, his tenure as design coordinator for one of South India’s tallest buildings underscores his ability to deliver impactful projects.
In his role, he skillfully oversees the entire construction process on-site, ensuring the seamless execution of the team’s design intent and coordinates effectively with both the on-site crew and the in-office design team.
Ashwini Vedamurthy
Senior Architect and Studio Head
With almost a decade’s experience as an architect, Ashwini’s expertise lies in creating meaningful design that improves lives and fosters a positive impact on both the built environment and the people who inhabit it. Her approach prioritises smooth teamwork, efficient problem-solving and project delivery success through a supportive and inspiring environment.Beyond architecture, Ashwini’s creativity extends to digital art and exploring global flavours in the kitchen. This well-rounded approach fuels her design thinking and inspires those around her.
Nandu Mahendra

Nandu Mahendra is a senior architect with over 10 years of experience. Nandu manages all aspects of design, from initial sketches to detailed drawings. His collaborative spirit keeps projects on track, working seamlessly with the team to guarantee timely delivery. He thrives on building relationships with clients, agents, lenders and contractors, thereby recognising the value of a strong professional network. He is passionate about using architecture to improve neighbourhoods, promote sustainable practices and contribute to the development of thriving communities.
